Overview

Nestled in a safe and beautiful environment, CBK IMS offers premium services for conferences, seminars and workshops.  With its over 16 meeting venues that are adequately equipped with the latest audio visual aids, CBK IMS also offers translation equipment, break-away and secretariat rooms at an extra costs.  Upon request, CBK IMS can provide team building services, gala dinners, cocktails, tours.  Guests have an option of residing at the modern 250 bed capacity School’s hotel.

Conference Facilities

Conference Package includes the following:

Full Day Conference

  • Plenary room.
  • Audio visual aids – LCD Projector and Laptop.
  • Stationery – A note pad and pen per participant.
  • Two ½ lit. Bottles of mineral water per participant per day.
  • Meals: Two tea/coffee breaks, three course buffet lunch with a soft drink.

Half Day Conference with lunch

  • Plenary room.
  • Audio visual aids – LCD Projector and Laptop.
  • Stationery – A note pad and pen per participant.
  • One ½ lit. Bottle of mineral water per participant per day.
  • Meals: one tea break and three course buffet lunch with a soft drink.

Half Day Conference with high tea
